Huerto Cerrado 01 -

closed orchard

premiere, June 2018

Closed Orchard is an installation through different streets activated by reading and walking. In Closed Orchard we use the poetry of Pilar de Valderrama, poet and dramaturge born in Madrid, known as Guiomar because of her epistolary relation with Antonio Machado, to reflect on the public space through three different walks.

A walk and a look on the city through literature that holds, at least for a moment, the quotidian rush of our everyday life.

This piece is part of our works on community and participation. In this practices wee generate contexts where individual thought creates collectivity.
